17 Mar ALDEIA – 15 MARCH 2020 – I WONDER

Most people self-isolated in order to minimize the possibility of getting infected by coronavirus. I think now is a good moment to reflect.

Now, most families spend 24 hours a day together.

How is it?

Is it like a quiet Christmas?

The tv set, computer, and telephone are windows to the outside and through them, news comes in like carrier pigeons.

Based on them, the imagination plays the role of virtual reality and, with the imputed data, each person creates the scenario that, in most cases, can only be an apocalyptic one.

I wonder who and why fuels this mass hysteria. 

I wonder what people would do if they heard that tomorrow an asteroid would hit Earth and this would be the end of it.

I wonder what they would buy.

I wonder how many would still be interested in iPhone 13.

I wonder if they would make love more.

I wonder how many would not be able to take it and commit suicide before it struck.

I wonder how many enemies would make peace and give up hate.

Thank God it’s only a virus!

Other than that, nothing, all’s good…

MA INTREB!

Majoritatea s-au autoizolat pentru a minimiza posibilitatea contaminarii cu celebrul coronavirus.

Cred ca acum este un moment foarte oportun pentru a reflecta.

Acum, majoritatea familiilor isi petrec timpul impreuna 24 de ore pe zi.

Cum e?

Seamana cu un Craciun linistit?

Televizorul, calculatorul si telefonul sunt fereastra catre exterior si prin ele intra stirile precum intrau porumbeii voiajori in trecut.

Pe baza lor, imaginatia joaca rolul realitatii virtuale si cu datele introduse, fiecare-si creeaza scenariul care nu poate fi decat unul apocaliptic.

Ma intreb de ce si cine alimenteaza aceasta isterie in masa.

Ma intreb ce-ar face lumea daca ar auzi maine ca ne va lovi un asteroid si ca Pamantul nu va mai exista.

Ma intreb ce-ar mai cumpara.

Ma intreb cati ar mai fi interesati de Iphone 13.

Ma intreb daca ar face dragoste mai mult.

Ma intreb cati n-ar suporta ideea si cati s-ar omora inainte ca asteroidul sa loveasca.

Ma intreb cati dintre dusmani s-ar impaca si daca ar renunta la ura.

Ufff, ce bine ca nu-i decat o gripa!
