According to the Criminal Code (Art. 380, paragraph 1) “The parent or the person to whom a minor has been entrusted, according to the law, and who, unjustifiably, withdraws or prevents him by any means from attending the compulsory general education shall be punished by imprisonment from 3 months to one year or with a fine. ” 

I believe that this law is abusive and restricts the freedom, integrity, individuality, and dignity of every parent. 

Why do we have to obey the majority if we do not agree? 

Why don’t we replace “mandatory” with “recommended”? 

Is it because we are sheep? 

Baaaa from here that I don’t adhere! 

Society is a man-made system to control man and has turned the family into a social tool. Parents are the first authority that the child discovers. 

They are the cops in the house who say what to do and how to do it. 

Our social evolution has disconnected us, families have become roommates of different ages, tied together only by the DNA chain. 

If I want to be with my child all the time, to discover him, to support him to become him, to teach him what I know, to travel and show him the world, makes me a criminal, then I think we evolved in a wrong direction. 

Excuse my act but I took my toys, my children and I’m out!

LIBERTATE IN CAPTIVITATE

Potrivit Codului Penal (Art. 380, aliniatul 1) “Părintele sau persoana căreia i-a fost încredinţat, potrivit legii, un minor şi care, în mod nejustificat, îl retrage sau îl împiedică prin orice mijloace să urmeze cursurile învăţământului general obligatoriu se pedepseşte cu închisoare de la 3 luni la un an sau cu amendă.” 

Consider ca aceasta lege este abuziva si ingradeste libertatea, integritatea, individualitatea si demnitatea fiecarui parinte. 

De ce trebuie sa ne supunem majoritatii daca nu suntem de acord?

De ce nu inlocuim “obligatoriu” cu “recomandat”?

Oare pentru ca suntem oi? 

Beeeh de aici in pista maturii ca nu ader!

Societatea este un sistem creat de om pentru a controla omul si care a transformat familia intr-o unealta sociala. 

Parintii sunt prima autoritate pe care copilul o descopera. 

Ei sunt politistii din casa care spun ce trebuie si cum trebuie sa faci. 

Evolutia noastra sociala ne-a deconectat, familiile au ajuns sa fie colegi de apartament de diferite varste, legati impreuna doar de lantul ADN.

Daca vreau sa stau cu copilul meu tot timpul, sa-l descopar, sa-l sustin sa fie el, sa-l invat ce stiu eu, sa-l plimb si sa-i arat lumea, ma face un infractor, atunci cred ca am evoluat gresit. 

Gata copii, strangeti-va jucariile, am plecat!
