13 Jul ARRAIAL DO CABO – 11 JULY 2019 – DOLPHIN JUMPS

Today I wasn’t any worse than my usual, but I received reproaches as if. Let me tell you. We woke up at 7:30 to drink our coffee and make breakfast. At 9:30 we were supposed to be at the travel agency of a guy that made us a great deal, $40 for a boat trip for all of us. We woke up the kids like the princes in the cartoons, with tickling and caressing, holding and other tricks that only cool parents do. 

It was a miracle that we were not late, everything went very smoothly. We went aboard together with 30 people with the destination – Farol Island – where we were to visit the Farol beach. 

On the route, very many boats, all with loud music and joy. Arrived at Farol beach, the captain announces that we have to wait because the authorities restricted the visiting number of persons at I don’t know how many at once. 

Meanwhile, we were given swimming goggles for snorkeling. The kids were happy, Lavinia the same, I remained guard for the biscuits and in charge with the pictures. 

In half an hour it was our turn to set foot on the beach. Wonderful beach, fine white sand that squeaked under your feet like new sneakers on the floor and crystal clear water. 

Around us, hundreds of persons like in Christmas fairies. I didn’t get too agitated, I waited nicely to go back on the boat and head to the next marvel, a crack. 

On the way, we were lucky to meet some dolphins. We passed by the crack in a hurry, a rock appeared on our right that resembled the head of a gorilla and we went straight to the blue cave, a wonder of the area. 

The trip included two more paradisiac beaches and at 16:00 we were back in the port. The trip was nice, I was a little absent, the visited places, exceptional, indeed, but much too crowded. 

The captain was great, the crew also, they chased the dolphins for kilometers for the people that were excited as if seeing… dolphins. 

The ecstatic audience gave a “wow” for a jump, “wow wow” for two jumps and “wow wow wow” for three jumps. 

Wow wow wow wow wow and off they went, the little jumpers!

SARITURI DE DELFIN

Astazi n-am fost mai mult decat sunt eu dar mi s-au reprosat momente de nasol. Sa va povestesc. 

Ne-am trezit la 07:30 sa ne bem cafeaua si sa pregatim micul dejun. La ora 09:30 trebuia sa fim la agentia de turism a unui nene ce ne-a facut un pret extraordinar pentru o excursie de o zi cu barca, 40$ pentru toti. Pe copii i-am trezit ca pe printii din desene animate, cu mangaieri si gadilaturi, luat in brate si alte trucuri pe care numai parintii misto le fac. 

Ca prin minune n-am intarziat, toate au curs ca mierea proaspata. Ne-am imbarcat noi plini de entuziasm impreuna cu alte 30 de persoane si am luat directia insulei Farol catre primul obiectiv turistic ce urma sa-l vizitam, Plaja do Farol. 

Pe drum, card de ambarcatiuni, toate cu muzica la maxim, oameni veseli si pusi pe distractie. Ajunsi noi la Plaja do Farol, ne spune capitanul ca trebuie sa asteptam ca sa debarcam pe plaja, accesul fiind restrictionat de catre autoritati, la un numar fix de nu stiu cate sute de persoane. 

Intre timp ni s-au pus la dispozitie ochelari pentru a face snorkeling ca sa treaca timpul cu folos. Copiii s-au bucurat, Lavinia la fel, eu am zis ca stau de paza la biscuiti dar o sa fac si poze intre timp. 

Dupa numai o jumatate de ora ne-a venit randul la plaja si am fost debarcati. Misto plaja, nisip alb tip praf care-ti scartaie sub picioare la fiecare pas de zici ca-ti tarsai adidasii noi pe parchet, si o apa transparenta ca-n cada. 

In jur, sute de persoane o aglomeratie ca in targurile de Craciun. Nu m-am agitat prea tare, am stat de-o parte si am asteptat cuminte sa ne imbarce inapoi si sa vedem urmatoarea minune, o crapatura. 

Pe drum, am avut noroc sa vedem niste delfini. Am trecut pe langa crapatura in mare viteza, ni s-a indicat pe dreapta o roca ce parea capul unei gorile si ne-am indreptat catre pestera albastra, o alta minunatie a zonei. Croaziera a mai cuprins doua plaje paradisiace si pe la 16:00 eram inapoi in port.

Excursia a fost misto, eu am fost cam apatic, locurile vizitate fiind intr-adevar deosebite dar mult prea populate. 

Capitanul a fost de exceptie si personalul la fel, a urmarit delfinii kilometri intregi spre deliciul pasagerilor care se imbulzeau ca la… delfini.

Lumea exaltata facea uau la o saritura, uau, uau la doua sarituri si uau, uau, uau la trei sarituri. De delfini.

Uau, uau, uau, uau, uau si dusi au fost zbenguitii!
